and made adjustments for weeks where there is no school.

This is a recreational wrestling class for wrestlers from K - 12th grade. Wrestling instruction will include rules, basic positions and basic technique. This season is a great opportunity to learn about the sport and to continue to gain valuable mat time for next season. We will focus specifically on fundamental positions in the neutral position and takedowns.
Season: March 27th - May 15th
Classes: Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30pm
Cost: $120
Gear Provided: Mats
Gear Needed: Shorts/t-shirt, wrestling shoes recommended.
