Mighty Mite Team
This class will be limited to younger wrestlers from 1st & 2nd grade. Wrestling will be taught with a focus on basic positions and the use of goal-based games to teach . Purpose is to have fun and become comfortable with mat and body position with the objective of have wrestlers desire to move to the competitive team as they get older. Small space, small group but a big fun time.
Season: 7 weeks, November 6th - December 21st
Classes: Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 - 7:00pm
Cost: $150
Gear Provided: Mats, team shirt
Gear Needed: Shorts/t-shirt, wrestling shoes are recommended.
Mighty Mite participants in 2nd grade may upgrade to Youth classes with the approval of head coach and payment of $40 upgrade fee.
