We had fantastic Fall & Spring Sessions.  Lots of new and young faces that were excited to be there.  We start every practice as follows:

Coach:      "What is this place we are in?"

Kids:                 "A wrestling room!"

Coach:      "And what do we teach here?"

Kids:                    "DISCIPLINE"

We have several parents who have signed up with USA Wrestling to be certified coaches.  The room is filled with potential and is moving in a positive direction.
