Recreational Team
This is a recreational wrestling class for elementary kids from 3rd - 8th grade. Wrestling instruction will include rules, basic positions and basic technique. Much of the time will be spent on full-speed goals-based wrestling with different partners. Recreational and competitive practices will be concurrent. Tailored for kids who want to try the sport but have other sport conflicts or are unsure about competition.

Season: 7 weeks, November 6th - December 21th
Classes: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 - 8:00pm
Cost: $190
Gear Provided: Mats, team shirt
Gear Needed: Shorts/t-shirt, wrestling shoes required.
Youth recreational class participants may upgrade to the Competitive Team with the approval of head coach and payment of $150 upgrade fee
